I'm not sure if this will come as news to anybody, but I've decided to close The Oncoming Storm for the forseeable future.
There has, very obviously, been a bad lack of updates lately, and there are many reasons for that but, for the time being, there will be no further new posts and I apologise for this, I really do. However, there are still many other epic websites with fantastic updates that you can look at:
Will and Seb's Blog
Whovian Net
Develish1
as well as all the 'Recommended Links' pages.
Thanks for reading and I really appreciate all the supporters over the years - you've been brilliant. I've just lost the love for Doctor Who now and realise my blogging is something I can no longer do.
Thank you once again.

News Poster WANTED!
I've been a bit rubbish at posting lately and I'm going to be completely honest - it's because I'm getting lazy. Really, really lazy!
I obviously don't want to close the blog, so I was wondering if there's anybody who'd be interested in posting some news every now and then? It would be a great help and would keep the blog more up to date, so if you're interested please send an email to the address on the left sidebar. Thank yoooou!

Doctor Who - Best Family Drama
Doctor Who was recently named 'Best Family Drama' at this year's TV Choice Awards! Karen Gillan was there to collect the award, but she lost out in the 'Best Actress' category, as did Matt Smith in his 'Best Actor' category. As well as this, Torchwood was beaten to the 'Best Drama Series' award by Ashes to Ashes.

News Catch Up
Hello! I've admittedly been very bad with updating, considering I've been back a few days, but here's a news catch up post. It's likely that you've seen this news before, but in case you haven't, here are the major stories:
- Series Six is going to be split into two halves. The first seven episodes will be shown during the normal time of April, with a huge cliffhanger at the end, and the remaining six episodes will be shown in the Autumn.
In Steven Moffat's words 'The split series is exciting because viewers will be treated to two premieres, two finales and more event episodes. For the kids it will never be more than a few months to the next Doctor Who! Easter, Autumn, Christmas.'
- Also, Mark Gatiss is confirmed to be writing for Series Six and Neil Gaiman's episode will be episode three.
In website news, the correct answer to the Which Episode below was The Shakespeare Code. It was definitely too easy by the look of things!
