... but will she say no, no, no? Apparently, Amy Winehouse, famous for her soul music, is playing the Rani during Series 5. The latest rumours have appeared since Amy is a huge fan of the show. The Rani, who appeared in the classic series, is an evil scientific genius of a Time Lord (or should I say, Lady?) who took over planets and was generally, evil. Perhaps Amy Winehouse could fit this role? But given her recent problems and upcoming divorce, perhaps the rumours will just stay as rumours.Thanks to Combom for this story!

Amy Winehouse? no way i don't think she has that talent. what we need is someone like Michelle Ryan who was Nimueh in Merlin. we also need someone quite sexy and seductive too!
