Presenter Terry Wogan today announced on his radio show that the person playing the next Doctor might be revealed during this year's Children in Need. Would this be a wise move, however, as it could spoil the surprise... What do you think? I'd like to see the bloke that plays Brian in My Parents Are Aliens take up the role of the Doctor once David passes the baton. He's someone I could watch and laugh at on telly, I couldnt fall for him like David obviously, but I think he'd make an excellent Doctor, witty, humourous and well worth watching. Don't think he'd be into the running that the 10th Doctor used to do, but each one different, eh?
If David Morrissey were to play the 11th Doctor, I doubt I'd watch it, or if I did, not with the same enthusiasm.

True, but these days people know the result before its put on the telly. Sad really!
It would be good if the person was a complete unknown, then at least we had no way of knowing anything about him. But David will take some topping I reckon.
