The TARDIS has been spotted in a very unusual location - on top of the Millenium Centre in Cardiff Bay (this is almost opposite the Torchwood Hub.) So what could this mean? The cast and crew were also spotted, so it hints that this could be where the regeneration takes place.

Maybe The Doctor will make an appearance in a future torchwood episode? I though filming had finish.
I love the Tardis! I'm going to Cardiff Bay on a school trip, so hoping to grab some pics!
I feel really jealous, why is it that the Doctor is always in GB and never in France? :-(
Maybe this is where the Doctor is an 'uncool spiderman' or spidermonkey or whatever he said he was!
My idea is that the Doctor has to park there to sneak up on a threat..
