Official ratings for the episode Flesh and Stone have been released and they show that the fifth installment of the series was watched by a total of 8.5 million people. A total of 8.02 million tuned in on BBC One along with an additional 0.476 million watching on the BBC HD Channel.As always, the figures have improved from the unofficial overnight ratings, so there is no need to panic anymore!

It's funny, every week is the same! The over nights get around 6 mill, the finals get around 8! Unleast we'll know what the rest of the series has in store in the ratings department! Haha, seriously, thank god the ratings for Flesh and Stone have improved!
