The-OncomingStorm is in desperate need of a new, fresh banner and, to be honest, I'm not too good with graphics. So, for the New Year we are holding a Banner Competition where you can submit your banners that will appear on the site on New Year's Day. If you're interested and would like to take part, your banner must include the Doctor, our logo and slogan (Full of the latest News, Information and all things Who!) as well as any other things you feel need to be added.
