I agree with Seb, I can't see the Time Lord taking off as a serious play accessory, although I guess diehard fans of the whole Dr Who thing might buy it to display with everything Doctor WHo. I cringed when I saw David in the garb, not sure its my thing. But the rest and the Vashta Nerada now that's worth getting, if only for Halloween.
